研究目的：

利用肺超声评估保护性肺通气对全麻患儿术后肺部并发症的影响。

Objectives of Study：

We aim to test benefit in protecting against postoperative pulmonary complications in children undergoing anaesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ASA大于2级，术前SPO2小于96%，术前两周肺部感染，肺超声异常，肥胖等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status higher than 2, preoperative SPO2 lower than 96%, respiratory infection within 2 weeks, pulmonary co-morbidity, preoperative anaemia, abdominal and chest surgery, emergency surgery, preoperative lung ultrasonography abnormality, overweight or obesity, or participating in other trials, were excluded.
