研究目的：

（1）建立儿童MPP肺不张早期预测模型，早期评估患儿肺不张风险。 （2）通过人群、细胞和动物实验，说明MP通过引起肺泡微环境紊乱激活损伤气道发生EMT，引起肺纤维化，参与MPP肺不张的发病，为MPP肺不张的诊治提供新的理论依据和干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish an early predictive model of MPP atelectasis in children to assess the risk of atelectasis in children; (2) Through population, cell and animal experiments, it is proved that MP activates damaged airways by causing alveolar microenvironmental disturbances, causing pulmonary fibrosis, participating in the pathogenesis of MPP atelectasis, and providing new theories, evidence and intervention targets for the diagnosis and treatment of MPP atelectasis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a. 病程中合并其他感染
b. 入院时已出现肺不张、大叶性肺炎、中至大量胸腔积液等表现
c. 合并肺部及其他系统基础疾病
d. 入院前有肺炎病史，目前处于肺炎恢复期的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other infections during the course of the disease;
2. Symptoms such as atelectasis, lobar pneumonia, and moderate to large pleural effusions have appeared on admission;
3. with underlying diseases of the lungs and other systems;
4. Children who have a history of pneumonia before admission and are currently in the recovery phase of pneumonia.

诊断符合儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊治专家共识（2015版）： a. 符合儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床诊断标准 b. 影像学存在肺炎改变 c. MP病原学检查阳性。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Children with community-acquired pneumonia

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

血清MP IgM 阳性；痰MP DNA阳性。

Index test:

Serum MP IgM is positive; sputum MP DNA is positive.
