研究目的:

通过积极的课堂干预,学生将: 1)减少SB并增加PA; 2)提高PL水平,包括在有氧健身,运动技能等方面表现更好; 3)增强认知功能,睡眠质量和学习成绩。 还将评估这种干预措施的可行性和可接受性。  

Objectives of Study:

Through active classroom intervention, students will 1) reduce SB and increase PA; 2) increase PL level, including better performance in aerobic fitness, motor skills, etc.; 3) enhance cognitive function, sleep quality and academic performance. The feasibility and acceptability of this intervention will also be evaluated.
