研究目的：

1. 探讨新冠肺炎患者临床治疗后肺部高分辨CT、肺功能及抗体等的动态变化，以期全面了解被COVID-19损害的肺组织和其它脏器在近期及远期的恢复情况； 2. 采用圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）调查COVID-19恢复期患者身体健康状况，汉密尔顿焦虑与抑郁量表调查随访其心理健康状况，以期了解新冠肺炎患者近期及远期愈后身心状况。 3.本研究拟探讨现实生活中COVID-19患者的脏器功能及身心状况动态变化特点及可能的影响因素，对COVID-19防控、患者管理及个体化治疗提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the COVID-19 patients'chest HRCT,pulmonary function,antibodies and so on after clinical treatment, and fully understand the recovery of lung tissues and other organs damaged by COVID-19 in the near and long term; 2. Use the SGRQ to investigate the convalescent health status of COVID-19 patients. Use the HAMA and the HAMD to investigate the convalescent psychologic status of COVID-19 patients.Fully understand the recovery of the health status and psychologic status in the near and long term; 3. This study plans to explore the covid-19 patients' organ function,physical and mental conditions in real life, and the possible influencing factors, so that we can provide the theoretical basis for covid-19 prevention, patients'management and individualized treatment.

排除标准：

COVID-19患者排除标准：符合下列任一条者排除：①不符合纳入标准；②除COVID-19外，在过去2周之中还出现了其他重大的应激事件；③近期曾有精神类药物用药史。
对照组排除标准：不符合纳入标准。

1. In addition to covid-19, other major stress events have occurred in the past two weeks;
2. Recently psychotropic drugs have been used.
