研究目的：

研究高原环境对短居人群生理指标的影响，通过建立高原地区的短居人群队列，按照计划随访，探索短期高原环境暴露对心血管系统及呼吸系统生理指标的影响。同时观察影响短居人群对高原环境适应性的可能因素，为明确高原环境对人体生理及心血管系统疾病的影响提供确切的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of plateau environment on physiological indicators of short-living population. By establishing a cohort of short-living population in the plateau area and following up according to the plan, the effects of short-term exposure to plateau environment on physiological indicators of cardiovascular system and respiratory system were explored. At the same time, the possible factors affecting the adaptability of the short-living population to the plateau environment were observed, so as to provide the exact evidence to clarify the impact of the plateau environment on human physiology and cardiovascular diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重疾病且预期生存期小于12个月；
2.半年内进行过重大手术（如骨科、胃肠、心脏及头颅等手术）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe illness with an expected survival of less than 12 months;
2. Major operations (e.g. orthopedic, gastrointestinal, cardiac and cranial) were performed within 6 months.
