To examine the diagnostic value of embryo culture media for mosaic embryos, to explore the optimal DNA extraction method and timing, and to search for the relatively stable stage of embryo karyotype.

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with mosaic embryos involved 5 or more chromosomes or were unwilling to participate in this study.
