Objectives of Study：

To explore the physiological mechanism of rapid intervention of transcranial magnetic stimulation in depression

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女或计划妊娠者；
2. 既往有癫痫病史；
3. 有严重神经、心、肝、肾、内分泌、血液系统等躯体疾病；
4. 身体内有金属物患者；
5. 有器质性精神障碍及精神发育迟滞；
6. 有酒精依赖；
7. 有药物依赖。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant, lactating or planned pregnancy;
2. Patients with previous history of epilepsy;
3. Patients with serious nervous, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood system and other physical diseases;
4. Patients with metal objects in the body;
5. Patients with organic mental disorders and mental retardation;
6. Patients with alcohol dependence;
7. Patients with drug dependence.
