Objectives of Study：

The current study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of diaphragmatic breathing relaxation training (DBRT) for improving sleep quality among nurses in Wuhan, China during the COVID-19 outbreak.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)有呼吸系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病、神经系统疾病、吸毒、酗酒等身体健康病史的;
(2)有练过瑜伽或其他身心训练的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) nurses who hadwith a history of physical health problems, such as respiratory diseases, autoimmune diseases, neuropathy, andor drug orand alcohol abuse;
(2) nurses who hadpracticed yoga experience, as well asor other mind-body training.
