评价加用吡格列酮二甲双胍片（15mg/500mg）治疗单用磺脲类药物血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of adding the compound preparation of Pioglitazone and Metformin(15mg/500mg) to type 2 diabetic patients who have bad glycemic control with the initial treatment of sulfonylureas

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

吡格列酮二甲双胍片（15mg/500mg）

Pioglitazone and Metformin(15mg/500mg) 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有以下情况之一者则不能纳入本研究：
⑴1型糖尿病或其他特殊类型糖尿病；⑵孕妇、准备妊娠、哺乳期妇女以及不能采取有效避孕措施的育龄妇女；⑶因各种原因不能合作者；⑷肝功异常，ALT、AST为正常上限2倍以上者；⑸肾功能损害，血肌酐：女性≥133mmol/L者，男性≥135mmol/L者；⑹严重慢性胃肠道疾病患者；⑺浮肿患者；⑻严重心脏病患者，如心功能不全（纽约心功能分级达到III级或以上）、急性冠脉综合征、陈旧性心肌梗死；⑼血压：SBP≥180mmHg和/或DBP≥110 mmHg者；⑽受试者血白细胞计数< 4.0×109/L或血小板计数 < 90×109/L，或有明确的贫血（血红蛋白：男性<120g/L，女性<110g/L），或有其它血液系统疾病者；⑾有内分泌系统疾病，如甲亢、皮质醇增多症等；⑿对试验药物过敏或频发低血糖者；⒀有精神疾患，药物或其他物品滥用者；⒁需胰岛素治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗性非酮症昏迷等患者；⒂有手术、严重外伤等应激情况者；⒃有慢性缺氧性疾病如肺气肿、肺心病；⒄合并使用影响糖代谢的药物，如糖皮质激素等；⒅肿瘤患者，尤其是患膀胱肿瘤、和/或有膀胱肿瘤家族史、和/或有长期血尿史。

Exclusion criteria：

Anyone will be excluded with either one of the following situations:
(1) T1DM or other special types diabetes;
(2) women being pregnant, prepare to be pregnant, lactation period and those who can't take effective measures of contraception;
(3) not take corporation for any reason;
(4) liver function abnormal as the level of ALT and/or AST increase two times than the normal range;
(5)renal function abnormal as serum Creatinine ≥133mmol/L for females or ≥135mmol/L for males;
(6) serious chronic gastric and intestinal diseases;
(7) edema;
(8) serious cardiac disease, such as heart failure(New York Heart Association functional class over level III), acute coronary syndrome, old cardiac infarction;
(9) for blood pressure, SBP≥180mmHg and/or DBP≥110 mmHg;
(10) white blood cell counting < 4.0×10^9/L or platelet counting < 90×10^9/L, or identified anemia (Hb<120g/L for males or <110g/L for females), or with other blood disorder;
(11) with endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism and Cushing's syndrome;
(12) being allergic to trial drugs or frequently attack with hypoglycemia;
(13) mental illness, drug or other agents such as alcohol abuse;
(14) DKA or non-ketotic hyperosmolar diabetic coma with the necessity to treat with insulin;
(15) stress cases such as surgery or serious trauma;
(16) chronic oxygen deficit such as emphysema and COPD;
(17) in combination of glucocorticoids, which may influence the glucometabolism;
(18) with tumor, especially with bladder tumors and/or with the family history and/or chronic haematuria.
