研究目的：

研究深肌松联合合适水平PEEP的肺保护性通气用于机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治术对呼吸力学的影响，阐明深肌松联合肺保护性通气可改善术中通气功能，减少术后低氧血症以及肺部并发症的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of deep muscle relaxation combined with appropriate level of PEEP lung protective ventilation for robot-assisted radical prostatectomy on respiratory mechanics, to clarify that deep muscle relaxation combined with lung protective ventilation can improve intraoperative ventilation function and reduce postoperative hypoxic blood Symptoms and pulmonary complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄＞80 岁；严重心肺肝肾疾病病史；神经肌肉疾病史、过度肥胖或营养不良（体重指数>=30 或者<=20）、药物过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients over 80 years old;
2. Patients with history of serious cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal diseases;
3. Patients with history of neuromuscular diseases;
4. Obese or malnourished patients (BMI > = 30 or < = 20);
5. Patients with a history of drug allergy.
