研究目的:

本研究的研究目的在于: 第一,采用 RCT 研究设计,从量性的角度验证本研究构建的缓解新护士转变期工作压力干预方案的效果; 第二,采用半结构式访谈,从质性的角度验证本研究构建的缓解新护士转变期工作压力干预方案的效果; 第三,为未来进一步完善和推广本研究构建的缓解新护士转变期工作压力干预方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

The objectives of this study includes firstly evaluating the effectiveness of occupational stress management program among newly graduated nurses during transition by RCT study design.Secondly, evaluating the effectiveness of the intervention from a qualitative perspective by semi-structured interviews. Lastly, providing solid evidence for further improvement and popularization of the occupational stress management program among newly graduated nurses during transition.

(2)干预实施过程中提出退出。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) newly graduated nurses who works in supply department, clinical lab and other logistics department;
(2) newly graduated nurses who requires to quit from the study.

本研究采用随机分组的方法将符合纳入标准且自愿参与本研究的研究对象随机分为试验组和对照组。随机分组的操作由课题组另一名成员来完成,基本步骤如下:(1)收集自愿参加本研究的新护士的姓名;(2)每个姓名对应一个数字编号;(3)由电脑产生随机数字55个,其中医院A产生20个,医院B产生35个,进入对照组,剩下的新护士(医院A为21名,医院B为35名)进入试验组;(4)将随机分组情况告知各医院研究负责人,并由负责人直接告知新护士本人。

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

(1)参试者一般资料的收集过程均由专门的研究人员负责,该人员参与多次量性和质性资料的收集过程,累积了丰富的资料收集经验。同时,对受试者的分组情况未知,保证了资料收集人员的盲法。 (2)本研究调查问卷不设置任何能识别个人的信息,采仅取身份证后三位数字, 工号的后二位数字和生日月份形成每个人的独特编码进行研究对象的跟踪。电子版的调查问卷同样部采集个人识别信息,且问卷填写链接为匿名链接,以此保证研究对象放心填写,提高问卷填写质量。 (3)试验组和对照组在干预实施的第一次课程开始时、最后一次课程结束时以及干预课程结束8个月时,发放纸质版调查问卷,研究对象当场填写完成后放入空白信封密封后上交给研究者本人。如无法当场填写,将由研究者提供电子版问卷的填写链接,为由于翻班等其他原因不能当场填写的新护士提供便利的问卷填写渠道。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

(1)The data collection was conducted by a research team member who had participated in a few research project and had gathered a lot of experience of data collection. At the meanwhile, this team member was not informed about the group allocation. (2)The questionnaire used in this study had not mentioned any identifiers. We use a specialized number of each participant to follow-up with the last three number of your ID, the last two number of your work ID and the month of your birthday. Also, the electric version of questionnaire was anonymous. (3) Participants in both groups was provided with a sealed envolop with blank questionnaire before the first session, immediatly after the last session and 8 months after the intervention training, after completing the questionnaire, it was returned to researcher personnally en a sealed envolop. If the participant cannot finish the paper questionnaire because of shifting or other reasons, QR code for electric version was also provided for their convenience.
