研究目的：

通过建立宫颈病变的多中心队列研究，分析女性阴道微生态菌群的多样性，探索女性阴道微生态菌群多样性与宫颈、阴道疾病的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The multi-center cohort study for cervical lesions can analyze the diversity of female vaginal microflora and explore the correlation between the diversity of female vaginal microflora and cervical and vaginal diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠期或产后6个月内妇女；
2. 既往发生宫颈病变患者；
3. 既往行宫颈相关手术者；
4. 拒绝或无法配合随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during pregnancy or 6 months after childbirth;
2. Patients with previous cervical lesions;
3. Those who have previously undergone cervical-related surgery;
4. Refuse or fail to cooperate with follow-up.
