研究目的：

胃癌和食管癌是中国常见的消化道癌症。但是，胃镜筛查的参与率低。该研究的研究目的是明确：肠镜检查后胃镜筛查是否有助于提高胃癌和食管癌检出率。  

Objectives of Study：

Stomach cancer and esophageal cancer are commonly diagnosed in China. However participation rate of screening endoscopy is low. We sought to question the performance of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (UGE) for patients with an already scheduled colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)已经明确患有癌症患者；
(2)消化道手术史患者(如：部分胃切除、结肠切除术后患者)；
(3)呕血、黑便患者；
(4)腹腔积液患者；
(5)炎症性肠病(溃疡性结肠炎、Crohn病患者)；
(6)消化道息肉病患者，如P-J综合征等；
(7)疑诊胃癌、食管癌复查胃镜患者；
(8)已知食管癌、食管癌、大肠癌复查内镜患者；
(9)胃镜、肠镜检查未能完成患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) previous cancer;
(2) previous gastroesophageal surgery or colorectal surgery;
(3) haematemesis, melena;
(4) ascites;
(5) ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease;
(6) polyp syndromes;
(7) second-look gastroscopy of a known lesion;
(8) assessment of known esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and precursor lesions; (ix) incomplete endoscopy.
