研究目的：

探究光疗对阈下抑郁大学生的抑郁和焦虑症状的疗效，比较高强度光疗和低强度光疗的疗效。探究光疗治疗阈下抑郁的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the efficacy of high- and low-intensity light therapy, compared with a waiting-list control condition, for symptoms of depression and anxiety in college students with subthreshold depression. To examine neural mechanism of light therapy for subthreshold depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

根据DSM-V诊断为重度抑郁、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍或其他精神障碍；存在严重的自杀风险；在过去一年中接受了任何形式的抑郁症治疗

Exclusion criteria：

Had a diagnosis of major depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other mental disorders according to the DSM-V; Had any suicidal tendencies posing immediate threat to the participants life; Received any form of interventions for depression within the past year.
