探讨老年综合健康状况与心血管事件的关系, 建立并验证适合老年人群的心血管病发病和预后风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the association between comprehensive health status and the incidence of cardiovascular events, and establish and verify the risk prediction model of cardiovascular disease in elderly population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者符合下列任何一条标准，则不能参加本研究：
（1）病情危重或肿瘤晚期导致预期寿命有限（<6个月）；
（2）经二级以上医院诊断的重度认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will not be able to participate in this study:
1. Patients whose life expectancy is limited (< 6 months) due to critical condition or advanced tumor;
2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment diagnosed by hospitals above grade II.
