研究目的：

明确患侧阳极刺激、患侧阳极刺激+健侧阴极刺激和健侧阴极刺激3种治疗方式哪种治疗方式对改善脑卒中后肢体痉挛更有效，且通过BLOD-fMRI揭示其脑网络改变等中枢机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the three treatment methods of the affected side anode stimulation, the affected side anode stimulation + healthy side cathode stimulation and the healthy side cathode stimulation, which is more effective in improving limb spasm after stroke mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有金属植入物或影响MRI扫描的其他情形；
②肢体曾患有或现存在周围神经损伤的患者；
③存在听力障碍、理解障碍且言语功能不健全从而影响一般交流的患者；
④除外脑卒中原因引起的患侧下肢关节活动范围受限的患者；
⑤有癫痫病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with metal implants or other conditions affecting MRI scanning;
2. Patients with peripheral nerve injury in limbs;
3. Patients who have hearing impairment, comprehension impairment and speech dysfunction, thus affecting general communication;
4. Patients with limited range of motion of lower limb joint caused by stroke except for the patients;
5. Patients with epilepsy history.
