研究目的：	通过观察超声联合神经刺激器引导下改良侧入法坐骨神经阻滞的临床效果，证实该新技术的有效性及安全性。
Objectives of Study：	To confirm the effectiveness and safety of the new technology by observing the clinical effect of ultrasound combined with nerve stimulator guided modified lateral approach method of sciatic nerve block.
药物成份或治疗方案详述：
Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：
纳入标准：	性别不限，年龄≥18岁，ASA I~IV级，体重指数（BMI）< 30、外踝和/或后踝骨折、跟骨骨折择期拟行切开复位内固定手术患者
Inclusion criteria	patient suffering calcaneus fracture, lateral or/and posterior malleolar fracture, with no gender restriction, aged ≥18 years, ASA I~IV; BMI<30, undergoing elective reduction and fixation operation.
排除标准：	患侧肢体有感觉及运动功能障碍性疾病、中枢神经系统疾病、凝血功能障碍性疾病、拒绝实施神经阻滞麻醉者
Exclusion criteria：	Sensation and motor disorder of target limbs, central nervous system diseases, coagulation disorders, refused to implement the nerve blockage.
