研究目的：

探究汉语普通话人工耳蜗用户的言语情感识别能力及相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to investigate voice emotion recognition skills in mandarin speaking people with cochlear implants and analyze the possible influencing factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1、招募CI术后患者及年龄相匹配的听力正常受试者。 2、所有受试者完成认知测试、声调识别测试、言语识别测试和言语情感识别测试；耳蜗人群完成生活质量评价量表；听力正常人群完成CI模拟音下的言语情感识别能力测试。 3、对比两组人群结果，探查CI患者言语情感识别能力的影响因素。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Recruit people with cochlear implants(CI) and normal hearing peers. 2. All participants completed cognitive test, tone perception tests,speech recognition tests and a voice emotion recognition task;people with CI complete NCIQ; normal hearing people also complete a voice emotion recognition tasks with CI simulations. 3. Compare the performance between two groups and investigate the possible influencing factors of voice emotion recognition skills of people with CI. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

CI参与者处听力损失病史外，还有其他自我报告的言语/语言障碍史；参与者无法有效完成测试。
听力正常受试者有自我报告的言语，听力或语言障碍史；参与者无法有效完成测试。

Exclusion criteria：

CI participants had self-reported history of speech/language disorders except for those associated with their hearing loss; participants are unable to complete tests effctively.
People with normal hearing have self-reported history of speech, hearing, or language impairment; participants are unable to complete tests effctively.

The data is collected and entered by the participating researchers, and reviewed by a designated person. After the data is determined, the data is locked and submitted to the main researcher. The principal investigator will entrust the Clinical Epidemiology Laboratory of Peking University First Hospital to be responsible for the statistical analysis of data, including formulating statistical plans, completing data analysis, and summarizing statistical reports
