研究目的：

1：了解老年患者术后急性疼痛对术后慢性疼痛的影响。 2：筛选老年患者髋膝关节置换术后疼痛的高危因素。 3：探索中国老年患者围手术期疼痛的流行病学特征  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the influence of acute postoperative pain on chronic postoperative pain in elderly patients; 2. To screen the high risk factors of pain in elderly patients after hip and knee replacement; 3. To explore the epidemiological characteristics of perioperative pain in elderly patients in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重的听觉障碍、认知障碍等原因导致患者不能配合量表评定；
②患有已确诊的精神疾病、心功能不全、严重肝肾疾病；
③有阿片类药物滥用史；
④患者及家属拒绝参加研究；
⑤术毕转入ICU。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients could not cooperate with the scale assessment because of serious hearing and cognitive disorders;
2. Suffering from confirmed mental disease, cardiac insufficiency, serious liver and kidney disease;
3. History of opioid abuse;
4. Patients and their families refused to participate in the study;
5. Transfer to ICU after operation.
