研究目的：

比较不同剂量右美的使用，对食道/胃息肉切除术麻醉的影响，探索既能确保病人容易被喊醒，又能确保无痛舒适化治疗的最适合剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of different dosages of dextromethorphan on the anesthesia of gastrectomy polypectomy and/or esophageal polypectomy, and to explore the most suitable dosages that can not only ensure the patients are easily woken up, but also ensure the painless and comfortable treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕期、哺乳期妇女；
2.有内镜检查禁忌证者；
3.右美过敏者；
4.合并严重心肺功能及肝肾等器官功能障碍者；
5.严重鼾症、过于肥胖者（BMI＞30kg/㎡）；
6.严重心动过缓者（心率＜60次/分钟）；
8.高血压、糖尿病、精神障碍、智力不正常者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women;
2. Patients with endoscopy contraindications;
3. Patients with dexmedetomidine hypersensitivity;
4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney dysfunction;
5. Patients with severe snoring and obesity (BMI > 30kg/㎡);
6. Patients with severe heart rate slow (heart rate < 60 times/min);
7. Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding;
8. Hypertension, diabetes, mental disorder and mental disorder.
