研究目的：

探讨胸腰椎后路手术术中使用碘伏冲洗消毒对患者术后甲状腺功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: to investigate the effect of iodine - volt irrigation and disinfection on postoperative thyroid function in posterior thoracolumbar surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）心脏、肝脏、肾等主要脏器严重功能障碍，不能耐受麻醉或手术可能带来风险的患者；
（2）近期行碘造影剂等检查或服用甲状腺药物治疗的患者；
（3）对碘伏过敏的患者；
（4）手术部位存在感染的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidney and other major organs, who cannot tolerate anesthesia or surgery with possible risks;
(2) patients who have recently been examined with iodine contrast agent or treated with thyroid drugs;
(3) patients allergic to iodine volt;
(4) patients with infection at the surgical site.
