探讨严重抑郁症患者血清和脑脊液micoRNAs在临床诊断中的作用

Objectives of Study：

To determine the diagnostic applications of circulating or CSF microRNomics in patients with major disease.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

精神分裂症；滥用药物患者；重要脏器功能损害；体检或实验室检查异常等

Exclusion criteria：

With a personal history of bipolar affective disorder, schizophrenia, mood incongruent psychotic symptoms, primary substance abuse or primary organic disease, current treatment with antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers or any regular treatment for a medical condition. A general physical exam and a routine laboratory blood examination were conducted for all the study subjects and none of them presented inflammatory state at the time of sampling or leukocyte counts (granulocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes) outside normal ranges.
