构建与评价以网络为基础、阴道自取样HPV检测宫颈癌筛查-管理模式的可行性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To construct and evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the vaginal-self-sampling HPV detection in cervical cancer screening-management model on network-based.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有宫颈锥切手术史（包括CKC、LEEP）
（2）全子宫或宫颈切除史
（3）盆腔放疗史
（4）妊娠期
（5）急性或复发性生殖器及尿路感染者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of cervical conization surgery (including CKC and LEEP);
(2) history of total hysterectomy or cervix resection;
(3) history of pelvic radiotherapy;
(4) gestation period;
(5) acute or recurrent genital and urinary tract infections.
