研究目的：

1. 采用多种影像学新技术，通过多中心临床研究，借助信息化手段，研究多种影像学新技术评估脑实质、血管腔、斑块、组织灌注的综合效能，从而为颅内动脉粥样硬化（以大脑中动脉为代表）进行狭窄程度分层及斑块稳定性分层，明确颅内动脉粥样硬化的影像诊断优化组合及新规范；形成指导内科治疗和外科干预的量化标准。 2. 推广符合目前上海市医疗水平的影像诊断新流程，力争使上海市范围内各医疗中心颅内动脉粥样硬化的影像诊断同质化，确保影像评估效能，分层指导治疗，降低卒中残死率，减少滥用影像而产生的高额经济费用。

Objectives of Study：

By using of a variety of imaging technology, through the multi-center clinical research, using information means, studying a variety of imaging technology to evaluate brain parenchyma, vascular cavity, plaques, tissue perfusion of comprehensive efficiency, thus for intracranial atherosclerosis (represented by middle cerebral artery) stenosis degree of stratification and plaque stability stratification, clear image diagnosis of intracranial atherosclerosis optimization combination and the new specifications; Formed to guide medical therapy and surgical intervention is measurable. Promotion in accordance with the level of medical imaging diagnosis of Shanghai new process, strive to make within the scope of the medical center of Shanghai imaging diagnosis of intracranial atherosclerosis homogeneity, ensure that image evaluation effectiveness, layered guiding treatment, reduce the residual stroke death rate, reduce the abuse of images and the high economic costs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非动脉粥样硬化性颅内动脉狭窄，如Moyamoya病、动脉炎、放疗所致动脉狭窄、急性动脉夹层等；2.合并房颤、心脏瓣膜病、心内膜炎、扩张型心肌病、左心附壁血栓或6周内左室心肌梗死可能系心源性卒中者；3.已知有凝血功能异常导致相关症状患者；4.急性期给予溶栓、血管内介入治疗或行颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗的患者；5.影像学检查的图像质量不达标，影响诊断分析者；6.此前有MCA支架植入患者；7.临床CTA和MRI检查禁忌症，如：肾功能不良（eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m2 的，尽量避免行增强检查）、造影剂过敏、有心脏起搏器者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non atherosclerotic intracranial artery stenosis, Moyamoya disease, arteritis, artery stenosis caused by radiation, acute artery dissection, etc.;
2. Patients with atrial fibrillation, heart valve disease, endocarditis, DCM, left heart mural thrombus or within 6 weeks left ventricular myocardial infarction can fasten a cardiac stroke;
3. Patients who have been known as coagulant function abnormality with relevant symptoms;
4. Patients have been given thrombolysis, intravascular interventional therapy or carotid endarterectomy treatment on acute phase;
5. Imaging quality not up to standard, affect the diagnostic analysis;
6. Patients after MCA stent;
7. Contraindication of MRI or CTA examination, such as: renal failure (eGFR < 30 mL/min / 1.73 m2, try to avoid enhancement examination), contrast allergy, cardiac pacemaker.
