研究目的：

探索重组人胶原蛋白对慢性创面愈合及愈合后质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of recombinant human collagen on chronic wound healing and the quality after healing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有危及生命的疾病，如高危级冠心病等；
2.营养状况极差，白蛋白＜21g/ml；
3.体温＞38.5℃或白细胞＞12×109/L或伤口边缘红肿＞5cm；
4.伴有下肢深静脉血栓，血栓风险评估高危的患者；
5.无法良好配合的患者，如伴有精神疾病等，或依从性较差者；
6.无法长期随访的患者；
7.已知对本品及对照品所含成分或其它化学结构与之相似有过敏史或过敏体质(对2个及以上过敏原过敏)者；
8.妊娠或哺乳期妇女及有生育计划者；
9.入选前1个月内参加过其他临床研究者；
10.其他不能入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied with life-threatening diseases, such as high-risk coronary heart disease;
2. The nutritional status was very poor, albumin < 21g / ml;
3. Body temperature > 38.5 degrees C or leukocyte > 12 x 10^9 / L or wound edge redness > 5cm;
4. Patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity and high risk of thrombus risk assessment;
5. Patients who can not cooperate well, such as those with mental illness, or those with poor compliance;
6. Patients who cannot be followed up for a long time;
7. Patients who had a history of allergy or an allergic constitution (allergic to 2 or more allergens) to the ingredients or other chemical structures contained in this product and the control;
8. Pregnant or lactating women and those with fertility plans;
9. Those who have participated in other clinical researches within one month before selection;
10. Other patients who could not be included in the group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、准确地记录到病例记录表中，采用双人双机方式录入电子采集和管理系统，并对数据库进行检查2遍。电子数据分别备份保存于3个不同介质中，避免遗失或损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers recorded the data in the case record form timely, completely and accurately, and entered the data into the Electronic Data Capture system in the way of two persons and two computers, and checked the database twice. The electronic data shall be backed up and saved in three different media to avoid loss or damage.
