研究目的：

本课题拟进一步优化前期建立的ddPCR检测结核分枝杆菌诊断新技术，并通过开展大样本量的临床研究，评估新技术的诊断敏感性和特异性，为有效提高结核病的确诊率提供新技术和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to further optimize the new technology for the diagnosis of tuberculous using ddPCR established earlier, and to conduct a large-sample clinical study to assess the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the new technology. Our study tried to provide new technology and evidence to effectively improve the diagnosis rate of tuberculous.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)样本收集时间或病例信息不明确；
2)样本量不足检测者；
3)样本采集后保存期限超过24个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The collection time or case information of the samples are unclear;
2) The sample size is not sufficient for the detection;
3) The period of storage time is limited to 24 months.
