研究目的：

探究ACL单束重建合并ALL重建与ACL单束重建合并ALS重建治疗ACL损伤的临床治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical outcomes of two treatments of ACL injury comparing ACL single-bundle reconstruction combined with ALL reconstruction and ACL single-bundle reconstruction combined with ALS reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多发韧带损伤（ACL损伤合并不需要修补重建的MCL损伤不在排除标准之列，如果ACL损伤合并需要修补重建的ACL损伤，则在排除之列）；
2.非运动损伤（工伤、车祸、非运动时自己摔伤）；
3.骨骺未闭；
4.合并其它系统疾病，如心脑血管疾病、代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病等；
5.药物及/或酒精滥用；
6.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple ligament injuries (ACL injuries combined with MCL injuries that do not require repair and reconstruction are excluded from the exclusion criteria, and ACL injuries combined with ACL injuries that require repair and reconstruction are excluded).
2. Immaturity;
3. Combination of other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases;
4. Drug and/or alcohol abuse;
5. Pregnant or nursing women.
