研究目的：

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，据2018 年全球癌症统计数据显示，乳腺癌的发病人数为210 万，占女性癌症的24.2%。在我国，乳腺癌位居女性恶性肿瘤发病率首位。出院后幸存者将面临很多健康问题，比如：上肢功能锻炼不规律、疼痛、不按时服药、睡眠休息形态紊乱、自我管理知识缺乏，心理困扰等。患者从早期的肢体功能锻炼指导、症状管理、饮食指导，到后期的随访，康复需求较为多样化。这种康复需求随着人们对生活质量的追求不断增加而日益加剧，乳腺癌幸存者不仅希望生命的延续，也期望自己的未来生活能更加有质量。她们需要更为科学合理的居家康复指导，尽快恢复接近正常的工作/生活水平。随着医疗大数据时代到来，人机交互技术不断成熟，借助辅助设备实现对患者居家康复管理成为未来发展方向。因此，在乳腺癌居家康复管理发展过程中，如何使康复管理更加省时、省力、高效是需要解决的重要技术问题，设计个性化、多元化、动态化居家自我管理系统可作为一个新的研究方向。  

Objectives of Study：

breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. according to 2018 global cancer statistics, the number of breast cancer patients is 2.1 million, accounting for 24.2% of female cancer. In China, breast cancer ranks first among women in the incidence of malignant tumors. After discharge from hospital, survivors will face many health problems, such as: irregular exercise of upper limb function, pain, not taking medicine on time, disorder of sleep and rest form, lack of knowledge of self-management, psychological distress and so on. Patients from early limb function exercise guidance, symptom management, diet guidance, to later follow-up, rehabilitation needs are more diversified. This need for rehabilitation is increasing with the increasing pursuit of quality of life, breast cancer survivors not only hope for the continuation of life, but also expect their future life to be more quality. They need more scientific and reasonable home rehabilitation guidance to return to near normal working/living standards as soon as possible. With the advent of medical big data era, human-computer interaction technology is constantly mature, with the help of auxiliary equipment to achieve home rehabilitation management of patients become the future development direction. Therefore, in the development of home rehabilitation management of breast cancer, how to make rehabilitation management more time-saving, labor-saving and efficient is an important technical problem to be solved, and the design of individualized, diversified and dynamic home self-management system can be used as a new research direction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因乳腺癌复发、转移再次入院的患者；
2.合并严重的脑、肝、肾等脏器或其他严重躯体疾病的患者；
3.中途退出的患者；
4.对自身病情不知情的患者。样本量计算：根据公式 估算样本含量。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients hospitalized again due to recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer;
2. Patients with severe brain, liver, kidney and other organs or other serious body diseases;
3. Patients who quit midway;
4. Patients who do not know their own conditions. Sample size calculation: estimate the sample size according to the formula.
