研究鼠神经生长因子对儿童全面性发育迟缓运动、认知功能改善的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of rat nerve growth factor on the improvement of motor and cognitive function in children with comprehensive developmental delay

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、其他脑瘫类型及痉挛性脑瘫的其他分型；
2、存在严重的视觉或听觉障碍不能配合评定者或 Gesell 量表适应性行为DQ＜40 分；
3、已知有其他运动发育落后/障碍性疾病，不明原因的运动、语言或认知功能的倒退/退化现象、孤独症谱系障碍、骨骼肌肉疾病、脊髓疾病、周围神经疾病、染色体疾病、遗传代谢性疾病、内分泌疾病、自身免疫性疾病、其他严重的全身性疾病、血液系统疾病、传染病者；
4、肝肾功能超出正常值范围 2 倍，或虽未超出正常值范围 2 倍但研究者判断异常有临床意义者；
5、脑电图提示痫样放电或癫痫者；
6、对鼠神经生长因子过敏者；
7、在研究开始前180天至研究期间或随访期间，口服、肌肉注射、鞘内注射降低肌张力的药物，或手术治疗者；
8、接受同类mNGF、其他神经保护剂类药物、中药制剂（口服或外用）或服用有明确促进神经发育作用的保健食品（如DHA）等停药/停服未超过14天者；
9、在最近90天内参加过其它新药的临床试验者；
10、研究者认为的其他不宜参加本次研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other types of cerebral palsy and other types of spastic cerebral palsy;
2. Those with severe visual or auditory impairment who cannot cooperate with the evaluator or Gesell scale adaptive behavior DQ < 40;
3, known to have other motor development behind/disorder, unexplained movements, language or cognitive function back/degradation phenomenon, autism spectrum disorders, skeletal muscle diseases, spinal cord disease, peripheral nerve disease, chromosome disease, genetic metabolic disease, endocrine disease, autoimmune disease and other serious systemic diseases, blood system diseases, infectious disease;
4. The liver and kidney functions were 2 times beyond the normal range, or were not 2 times beyond the normal range, but the abnormality was judged by the researchers to have clinical significance;
5. Electroencephalogram indicates epileptic discharge or epilepsy;
6. Allergic to rat nerve growth factor;
7. Oral, intramuscular, intrathecal injection of a drug to reduce muscle tone, or surgical treatment, 180 days prior to the start of the study, to the study period or to the follow-up period;
8. Those who have received the same mNGF, other neuroprotective drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparations (oral or topical) or health food (such as DHA) that has a clear effect on promoting neurodevelopment and have not stopped taking drugs/drugs for more than 14 days;
9. Have participated in clinical trials of other new drugs within the last 90 days;
10. In the opinion of the researcher, other students should not participate in this study.
