研究目的：

本研究拟证明前额叶亚区OFC返回抑制能力在抗抑郁治疗中的可能作用，即靶向前额叶抗抑郁治疗是否是通过改善OFC的返回抑制能力而起作用，及OFC 5-HT功能异常在其中所扮演的角色。 同时在此基础上进一步探讨OFC作为抗抑郁治疗新靶点的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

To confirm the possible role of IOR ability of OFC in antidepressant treatment and the possible role of 5-HT during this process, by observing the variation of depression severity before and after the attentional training, and the difference of IOR ability before and after the antidepressant treatment. To explore the possibility of OFC as new target of antidepressant treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除严重躯体疾病、学习障碍、双相障碍、药物依赖、精神病和精神病家族史；至少半年内未服用过免疫调节剂和激素制剂；至少2周内未服用过任何精神药物及解热镇痛剂；近2周内无感染、创伤、炎症及过敏史；无酒精及药物滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe head trauma and learning disabilities, current or lifetime psychotic symptoms, bipolar disorder, and alcohol or substance abuse within the past 6 months.
