研究目的：

本研究主要目的拟通过视频透视吞咽检查和运动诱发电位等方法定量客观评价重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中恢复期最常见两种类型吞咽障碍（即皮质型或皮质下型、脑干型）的疗效，也为获得性脑损伤（如脑卒中、颅脑损伤、脑炎、后颅凹肿瘤）后吞咽障碍的功能障碍程度和疗效提供一种切实可靠的定量评估方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Purpose of this study intends to through the video fluoroscopy swallow examination and objective evaluation method such as motion evoked potential quantitative repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on stroke recovery is the most common two types of swallowing disorder (that is, the cortex or subcortex, brainstem type) of curative effect, as well as acquired brain injury (such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, encephalitis, after cranial tumor) degree and the effect of swallowing disorder after dysfunction provide a practical and reliable quantitative evaluation method.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有金属异体植入物（如：VP分流管、起搏器、人工耳蜗）、脑部手术史、癫痫发作史、妊娠期、严重言语障碍、忽略症、抑郁、限制参与的认知障碍（MMSE评分小于10分），严重酒精或药物滥用史；
2. 合并严重内科并发症、肺功能衰竭、心功能大于Ⅱ级、未控制高血压、高血糖等、肝功能问题、肌酐高于正常值、血液系统疾病等；
3. 合并肿瘤性疾病；
4. 估计生存期少于6个月；
5. 合并急性感染性疾病，如重症肺炎、肺结核等；
6. 同期参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with metal allogeneic implants (such as VP shunt, pacemaker, cochlear implant), patients with brain surgery history, epilepsy history, pregnancy patients, patients with severe speech disorder, neglect, depression, cognitive impairment (MMSE score less than 10 points), patients with serious alcohol or drug abuse history;
2. Patients with serious medical complications, pulmonary failure, heart function greater than grade II, uncontrolled hypertension, hyperglycemia, liver function problems, creatinine higher than normal, blood system diseases, etc;
3. Patients with tumor diseases;
4. Patients with estimated survival less than 6 months;
5. Patients with acute infectious diseases, such as severe pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc
6. Patients who participated in other clinical trials at the same time.
