研究目的：

1)初步探讨南京地区孕妇不同孕期甲状腺功能正常值参考范围，比较南京地区孕妇在不同碘营养状况下，不同孕期的甲状腺功能（TSH、FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4）变化规律； 2)了解南京地区孕妇TPO-Ab阳性受试者是否存在碘营养状态、甲状腺功能差异； 3)探讨南京地区孕妇不同孕期碘营养状况、甲状腺功能异常（包括甲减、亚临床甲减、甲亢、亚临床甲亢）患病率和TPO-Ab阳性率。

Objectives of Study：

1. Initial definite the area specific normal reference range in each trimesters in Nanjing, learn the difference of thyroid function among each iodine states groups; 2. To study any difference of iodine state or throid function between TPOAb positive and nagetive group; 3. To study any difference of iodine state, prevalence of thyroid disorders, or rate of TPOAb positive among each trimesters.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①在本地居住时间少于两年的育龄期妇女；②有甲状腺疾病个人史及家族史；③有口服抗甲状腺药物史、补碘药物、雌激素；④有心、肝、肾等器官功能异常；⑤有子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合症、卵巢功能早衰等妇科疾病；⑥有反复流产病史；⑦有剧烈呕吐、滋养细胞病、先兆子巅；⑧碘营养异常：低于150μg/L或高于500μg/L；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women living locally less than 2 years;
2. with personal or family thyroid disorder history;
3. with anti-thyroid drugs, iodine supplement, or estrogen;
4. with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction;
5. with endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian premature or other gynecological diseases;
6. with recurrent miscarriage;
7. with severe vomiting, trophoblastic disease or Top aura son;
8. with iodine less than 150ug/L or more than 500ug/L.
