研究目的：

探讨围术期音乐治疗（music therapy）对静脉全身麻醉下膝关节置换术患者疼痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of perioperative music therapy on the pain of patients undergoing knee replacement under intravenous general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)听觉障碍或听力异常者；
(2)不能理解如何使用 PCIA 镇痛泵、VAS 评分，以及NVAS评分；
(3)有酗酒史；
(4)长期阿片类药物使用史；
(5)精神疾病史；
(6)恶性肥胖(BMI＞40kg/m2)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hearing impairment or abnormal hearing;
2. Fail to understand how to use PCIA analgesia pump, VAS score and nvas score;
3. Patients with a history of alcohol abuse;
4. Patients with a long history of opioid use;
5. Patients with a history of mental illness;
6. Patients with malignant obesity (BMI > 40 kg / m2).
