研究目的：

旨在分析影响老年髋部骨折手术患者1年死亡率的相关因素，以发现改变死亡率的因素并改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to identify factors that can reduce mortality and improve patient outcomes, this study aims to analyze related factors that affect the one-year mortality in elderly patients following hip fracture surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

招募2017.01-2018.04在我院行髋部骨折手术的老年患者。回顾患者病历，收集患者年龄、性别等资料，术后1年对患者进行随访，获取患者的生存情况。用统计学分析与患者1年死亡率相关的因素。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study enrolls patients who needed a deadline or emergency surgery for hip fracture in the Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2017 to April 2018.We systematically collect the clinical data about the patients including sex,age,etc. In order to know whether the patients are alive,they are followed up at least one year after the surgery. Finally, in this cohort,statistics analyses will be conducted to investigate factors related to one-year mortality of patients. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）由于进行翻修手术的病人；
（2）由于非外伤原因导致的骨折，如病理性骨折等；
（3）极端的手术延迟（＞10天）；
（4）住院期间发生的髋部骨折；
（5）复合伤：损伤严重程度评分≥16分；
（6）患者发生髋部骨折距入院超过72小时；
（7）病人信息不全；
（8）随访患者及家属，资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing revision surgery;
2. Patients with non traumatic fracture, such as pathological fracture, etc;
3. Extreme surgical delay (> 10 days);
4. Patients with hip fracture during hospitalization;
5. Compound injury patients: injury severity score >= 16 points;
6. Patients with hip fracture more than 72 hours after admission;
7. Patients with incomplete information;
8. Follow up patients and their families with missing data.
