研究目的：

本研究观察超声引导的双侧4点法腹横肌平面阻滞对卵巢癌细胞减灭术术后镇痛的影响，并探究右美托嘧啶复合罗哌卡因是否可以延长腹横筋膜阻滞的镇痛作用时间，为卵巢癌细胞减灭术提供更有效的术后镇痛方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was to investigate the effect of bilateral 4-point ultrasound-guided transverse abdominal plane block on postoperative analgesia of cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer,and explor weather addition of dexmedetomidine to ropivacaine can prolong the postoperative analgesia ,provide a more effective postoperative analgesic method for cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有卵巢癌细胞减灭术以外的其他腹部手术史；
2.凝血功能障碍和出血倾向的病人
3.有严重的系统疾病患者；
4.既往对酒精和阿片药物依赖者；
5.神经系统疾患严重后遗症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a previous history of abdominal surgery other than cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer;
2. Patients with coagulopathy and tendency of nose bleeding;
3. Patients with severe systemic diseases;
4. Patients with a history of opioid or alcohol abusea;
5. Patients with severe sequelae from neurological disorders.

盲法：

双盲。实验当日用于神经阻滞的药物由专门人员配置并管理，封闭包装，进行编号。实验时研究人员领取并登记。由一位不知道具体分组的麻醉医生进行神经阻滞操作，由另外一名的麻醉医生进行试验数据采集。 临床医师负责按纳入标准招募受试对象，受试对象姓名和序列号均由临床医师记录并保存，术后随访记录由另一位临床医师实施，其不清楚患者分组情况。 试验完成后揭盲前各参与人员均不知道受试对象的分组情况。

Blinding：

Double Blind. The drugs used for nerve blocks on the day of the trial were allocated and administered by professional doctors, closed packaging, numbered.Nerve block was performed by an anesthesiologist who did not know the specific group, and data were collected by another anesthesiologist. The clinician is responsible for recruiting subjects according to inclusion criteria. The names and serial numbers of subjects are recorded by the clinician, and the records are performed by the another clinician who is not aware of patient grouping. Participants were not aware of the grouping of subjects until the test was completed.
