研究目的：

1.探讨鼻腔和肠道微生物定植菌与脑脊液微生物菌群的关系； 2.研究脑脊液细菌可能的转运途径； 3.结合代谢组学的分析，确定鼻腔和肠道微生物对外周血代谢物和脑脊液代谢物的影响； 4.为确立经肠-脑和鼻-脑靶向运输的运输途径提供新的科学依据，并为中枢神经系统疾病的治疗提供新的技术方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the relationship between nasal and intestinal microbial colonization flora and cerebrospinal fluid microbial flora; 2. To explore the possible transport pathways of cerebrospinal fluid bacteria; 3. To determine the effects of nasal and intestinal microorganisms on peripheral blood metabolites and cerebrospinal fluid metabolites by combining with metabolomics analysis; 4. To provide a new scientific basis for establishing the transport route of intestinal-brain and nasal-brain targeted transportation, and provide new technical methods for the treatment of central nervous system diseases.

After the study, Printing CRFs will be locked in reference room of anesthesiology department and managed by researchers.Electronic data will be saved in the data bank of anesthesiology department and only can be contacted by special researcher
