研究目的：

探究中药食疗配方（草本固体饮料）对肠燥津亏型功能性便秘患者的排便功能及肠道菌群的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Study of the effect of CHINESE HERB SOLID DRINK, a traditional Chinese medicine diet formular, on functional constipation of intestinal dryness and fluid deficiency and gut microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重的肺、心、肾、肝、脑等重要脏器疾病者或精神病者；
2.既往有胃肠道手术史或存在直肠、结肠器质性病变（如肠道肿瘤、克隆氏病、肠结核等）；
3.过敏体质或存在对试验药物成分过敏者；
4.在治疗期间，同时参加其他的临床试验者。
5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases of vital organs such as lung, heart, kidney, liver and brain or psychosis;
2. Previous gastrointestinal surgery or organic lesions of rectum and colon (such as intestinal tumor, Crohn's disease, intestinal tuberculosis, etc.);
3. Patients with allergic constitution or presence of allergy to test drug ingredients;
4. Patients participate in other clinical trials during the treatment;
5. Pregnant or lactating women.
