完成腹部创伤腔镜探查手术共500例,制订腹部创伤腔镜探查手术规范与流程  

Objectives of Study：

Complete 500 cases of laproscopic exploration for abdominal trauma and establish the specification and procedure of laproscopic surgery for abdominal trauma

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

Ⅰ．大出血/重度腹腔感染伴休克
Ⅱ．严重心、脑、肝、肾等系统严重疾病
Ⅲ．妊娠、哺乳期妇女
Ⅳ．依从性差，难以完成治疗者
Ⅴ．严重的免疫功能缺陷者
Ⅵ．滥用药物或毒品者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mass Bleeding/severe abdominal infection with shock;
2. Serious circulation system, brain, liver and kidney disease;
3. Pregnancy and lactation women;
4. Poor Compliance, difficult to finish the treat programme;
5. Serious immune function defects;
6. Drug abuser.
