研究目的：

1 观察定时序贯强化疗和含急淋元素的巩固方案对新诊断的AML-M1/2亚型的有效性。 2 观察联合克拉屈滨的化疗对新诊断AML-M4/M5亚型的疗效。 3 观察联合索拉非尼对中危AML的长期疗效。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effection of timed-sequential intensify chemotherapy and using anti-ALL elements in consolidation protocol for childhood newly diagnosed AML-M1/2 subtype. 2. To observe the effection of chemotherapy combined with cladribine on the newly diagnosed AML-M4 / M5 subtype. 3. To observe the long-term effection of combination with sorafenib on intermediate risk AML.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 21三体综合征并发AML或其它的遗传性疾病并发AML。
2. PML/RARa阳性的APL。
3. MDS转化AML、继发AML或治疗相关AML。
4. 开始诱导方案治疗的7天内死亡或放弃者。
5. 已用过其它对AML有效的化疗药物，治疗>7天，不包括高白细胞白血病的以降白细胞为目的的小剂量化疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Down's syndrome or other hereditary diseases with AML.
2. APL with t (1517) PML/RARa.
3. MDS transfers or secondary or treatment related AML.
4. Those who died or gave up within 7 days after initiation of induction therapy.
5. Other effection chemotherapy drugs for AML have been used for more than 7 days, excluding low-dose chemotherapy aimed for leukopenia.
