研究目的：

抗CD19 CART/IL6/IL1B(可选联合细胞因子KO)细胞治疗B细胞白血病和淋巴瘤的安全性和有效性;  

Objectives of Study：

Safety and efficacy of anti-CD19 CART/IL6/IL1B (optionally with cytokine KO) for treating B cell leukemia and lymhpoma;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

分泌IL6和IL1阻滞剂(可选择使用细胞因子KO)来治疗B细胞白血病和淋巴瘤的嵌合抗原受体T细胞 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

CART cells are engineered to secrete IL6 and IL1 blockers (optionally with cytokine KO) to treat B cell leukemia and lymhpoma; 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
2.未控制的感染或者病毒性疾病（HIV阳性，梅毒，活动性HBV或HCV感染，等）；
3.因病情需要在细胞采集或输注时使用糖皮质激素的患者；
4.接受异基因造血干细胞移植术者
5.接受GVHD治疗者；
6.合并活动性中枢神经系统白血病或淋巴瘤侵犯者；
7.非原发病引起的中性粒细胞绝对计数<750/微升或血小板计数<50,000/微升；
8.采集细胞时，患者2周前接受全身化疗或3周前接受放疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or nursing female patients;
2. Patients with infectious or viral diseases (HIV positive, syphilis, hepatitis b or c, etc.);
3. Patients undergoing treatment with Glucocorticoid;
4. Patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;
5. Patients undergoing with treatment against GVHD;
6. Patients with metastasis into CNS;
7. PLT<=50x10^9/L or Neutrophil<=750x10^6/L irrelevant to primary disease;
8. Patients received systemic chemotherapy 2 weeks or chemotherapy 3 weeks before blood collection.
