1）明确穴位埋线联合椎管内麻醉应用于分娩镇痛的确切效果及其与母胎Th1/Th2变化的关系； 2）探索穴位埋线联合椎管内麻醉实施分娩镇痛的最佳优化方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with intraspinal anesthesia for labor analgesia and the level of maternal-fetal Th1/Th2; 2. To explore the best optimal plan for labor analgesia of acupoint catgut embedding combined with intraspinal anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 胎膜早破；
② 有阴道分娩及分娩镇痛禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Parturient with PROM;
2. Pregnant women with contraindications of vaginal delivery and labor analgesia.
