研究目的：

本项目拟在结合临床实践和文献研究的基础上，创新地探索免逆插输尿管导管一体位经皮肾镜取石术该术式的安全性、有效性和适应症；该项目的成功实施对于缩短手术时间，减少术中耗材的使用，减少术后并发症，加速患者康复，进而推动健康湖南发展具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of clinical practice and literature research, this project aims to explore the safety, effectiveness and indications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with integrated ureteral catheter without retrograde insertion.The successful implementation of this project is of great significance for shortening the operation time, reducing the use of intraoperative consumables, reducing postoperative complications, accelerating the recovery of patients, and thus promoting the development of Healthy Hunan.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有明显手术禁忌如严重心功能不全肺功能不全肝功能不全凝血功能异常严重未控制的高血压糖尿病严重未控制的低蛋白血症酸碱离子平衡紊乱者术后随访资料不完整者既往有经皮肾镜取石术手术史者或有肾切开取石手术史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with obvious surgical contraindications such as severe cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency, liver insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, severe uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, severe uncontrolled hypoproteinemia, acid-base ion balance disorder, incomplete postoperative follow-up data, previous history of percutaneous nephrolithotomy or nephrolithotomy.

本研究采用分层区组随机化，进行区组随机化。通过SAS 9.4统计软件采用区组随机化方法生产随机编码，按1∶1随机分为新技术组和传统对照组。医院按受试者入组顺序，根据计算机产生的随机编号予受试者进行相应的手术。

In this study, stratified block randomization was used to conduct block randomization.Using SAS 9.4 statistical software, block randomization method was used to produce random codes, which were randomly divided into the new technology group and the traditional control group at a ratio of 1∶1.
