研究目的：

1.建立华西医院创伤人群从创伤暴露之初至1年的动态随访队列，追踪PTSD和MDD症状演变轨迹和相关的生物学标记。 2.综合评估创伤者的极早期的社会心理学和生物学危险因素，构建PTSD早期预测和预警体系，为PTSD的预防和干预提供参考。 3. 分别识别 MDD 以及 PTSD 与 HPA 轴基因 DNA 甲基化相关的诊断特异性神脑经内表型，促进深入了解不同疾病的病理生理机制、 辅助临床疾病诊断和鉴别以及个体化精准治疗； 4. 根据遗传、免疫、神经内分泌、功能核磁共振、肠道菌群等多维度生物学信息，深入探究PTSD和MDD发生发展的病理生理机制  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a dynamic follow-up cohort from the beginning of trauma to 1 year in the trauma population of West China Hospital to track the evolution of PTSD and MDD symptoms and related biological markers. 2. Comprehensively assess the social psychological and biological risk factors of the very early stage of the trauma, to build an early prediction and early warning system of PTSD, and provide references for preventing and treating PTSD. 3. Recognize MDD, PTSD and HPA axis gene DNA methylation-related diagnostic specific neuropathic phenotypes separately, promote in-depth understanding of the pathophysiological mechanism of different diseases, assist clinical diagnosis and identification, and individualized precise treatment; 4. In-depth exploration of the pathophysiological mechanism of the occurrence and development of PTSD and MDD based on multi-dimensional biological information such as genetics, immunity, neuroendocrine, functional magnetic resonance, intestinal flora, etc.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 急诊头颅CT扫描显示存在任何脑结构异常；
② 出现意识改变、严重的疼痛、呼吸窘迫、严重血液动力学改变、以及其他躯体问题导致无法完成测评和生物标本采集；
③ 创伤后持续遗忘 > 24小时。

Exclusion criteria：

1. CT scan showed any abnormal brain structure;
2. Changes in consciousness, severe pain, respiratory distress, severe hemodynamic changes, and other physical problems, which deter the participants from completing the assessments and biological specimens collecting;
3. Continuous memory loss after trauma > 24 hours.
