研究目的：

探讨光学增强内镜与传统的色素放大内镜相比是否可提高结直肠腺瘤的类型  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether optical contrast-enhanced endoscopy can improve the type of colorectal adenoma compared with traditional pigmented magnifying endoscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.结肠腺瘤病的患者；
2.凝血功能障碍的患者；
3.慢性炎症性肠病（IBD）、结直肠癌术后以及有阻碍视野的结直肠出血、黑便病、肠道准备不足（至少1个肠段中的波士顿肠准备量表评分<2分）的患者，
4.不能到达回盲部、无息肉病理报告的患者；
5.无法签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with adenosis of colon;
2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction;
3. Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colorectal cancer after surgery, and colorectal hemorrhage, black stool disease, and inadequate bowel preparation (Boston bowel preparation scale score of at least one bowel segment < 2 points);
4. Patients who can not reach the ileocecal part and have no pathological report of polyp;
5. Patients who cannot sign informed consent.
