通过构建急性心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化的small RNA差异表达谱，探索与急性心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化相关的small RNA分子及其潜在的生物学功能  

Objectives of Study：

The differential expression profile of small RNA in the atherosclerosis and acute myocardial infarction was constructed to explore the small RNA molecules and their potential biological functions related to the atherosclerosis and acute myocardial infarction

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

急性心肌梗死
排除标准：
1）合并有心肌炎、严重的充血性心力衰竭；
2）合并有严重的肺、肝、肾功能障碍；
3）合并有肿瘤、传染病等重大疾病；
4）合并有自身免疫性疾病、重大精神疾病；
5）参加其他药物临床研究；
6）研究者认为其他不适于参加本项临床研究的情况。
动脉粥样硬化
排除标准：
1）合并有严重的肺、肝、肾功能障碍；
2）合并有肿瘤、传染病等重大疾病；
3）合并有自身免疫性疾病、重大精神疾病；
4）参加其他药物临床研究；
5）研究者认为其他不适于参加本项临床研究的情况。
健康志愿者
排除标准：
1）有冠心病、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病等慢性病史；
2）在研究前筛选阶段发生急性疾病者；
3）在最近的3个月内参加其他药物临床试验者；
4）研究中认为有任何不适宜入选的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Acute myocardial infarction
Exclusion criteria:
1. Patients with myocarditis and severe congestive heart failure;
2. Patients with severe lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
3. Patients with major diseases such as tumors and infectious diseases;
4. Patients with autoimmune diseases and major mental diseases;
5. Patients who are participating in clinical studies of other drugs;
6. Other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in the clinical study.

Atherosclerosis
Exclusion criteria:
1. Patients with severe lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. Patients with major diseases such as tumors and infectious diseases;
3. Patients with autoimmune diseases and major mental diseases;
4. Patients participating in clinical studies of other drugs;
5. Other conditions that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participating in the clinical study.

Healthy volunteers
Exclusion criteria:
1. Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other chronic history;
2. Patients with acute diseases in the pre study screening stage;
3. patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the past 3 months;
4. In the study, it was found that there were any unsuitable cases.
