研究目的：

探讨基因多态性对老年髋关节置换术患者围术期疼痛个体差异化中的影响，为髋关节置换患者围术期镇痛临床个体化应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of gene polymorphism on the individual difference of perioperative pain in elderly with total hip replacement, and to provide theoretical basis for the clinical individualized application of perioperative analgesia in patients with total hip replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）基因缺陷病；
（2）阿片类药物滥用史；
（3）术前4周内应用对肝脏同工酶具有诱导或抑制的药物（如卡马西平、奎尼丁、酮康唑等）；
（4）合并外周神经病及精神病史、慢性疼痛及长期阿片类药物应用史；
（5）机体条件差，影响围术期疼痛评估者；
（6）不配合无法沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Gene deficiency disease;
(2) History of opioid abuse;
(3) Medication (such as carbamazepine, quinidine, ketoconazole, etc.)used within 4 weeks before opration;
(4) Patients with peripheral neuropathy and mental history, chronic pain and long term history of opioid use;
(5）Poor condition of the body, affecting pain assessment;
(6) Patients who do not cooprtate or cannot comunicate.
