研究目的：

探索单纯针刺-“疏肝调神”针法治疗对轻度抑郁的起效时间，阐明针灸治疗轻度抑郁的有效性和起效的治疗量，及探讨是否通过改善情感症状和认知症状达到起效的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effective time of simple needle-" soothing the liver and regulating the mind "acupuncture treatment for mild depression, to clarify the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment for mild depression and the amount of effective treatment, and to explore whether the effective mechanism can be achieved by improving emotional symptoms and cognitive symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

设置“疏肝调神”针法组和安慰针组。“疏肝调神”针法组，取穴：百会、印堂、四关穴（合谷双、太冲双）。留针30分钟。每10min行针1min。每日1次，共治疗2周。安慰针组取百会、印堂、四关穴（合谷双、太冲双）的非穴点浅刺。不行针，每日一次，共2周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The acupuncture group (Treatment group) and Sham acupuncture group (Controlgroup) were set up. Acupuncture at Baihui (DU20),Yintang (EX-HN3), Hegu (LI4, bilateral), and Taichong (LR3, bilateral). Keep the needle for 30 minutes. The needle was inserted every 10min for 1min. Once a day for 2 weeks. Comfort needle group to take 100 hui, yintang, siguan point (valley double, tai chong double) non-point shallow thorn. No needles, once a day for 2 weeks. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①　器质性精神障碍，或与精神活性物质和非成瘾物质相关的抑郁；
②　有家族其他精神病史如:痴呆、精神分裂、躁狂、瘾症等；
③　不能理解量表内容，无法进行疗效评价者；
④　不配合治疗方案安排或畏惧针灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) organic mental disorders, or depression related to psychoactive and non-addictive substances;
(2) Have other family history of mental illness such as: dementia, schizophrenia, mania, addiction, etc.;
(3) those who cannot understand the contents of the scale and cannot evaluate the efficacy;
(4) do not cooperate with the treatment plan or fear acupuncture.

由不参与纳入受试者工作的课题组成员采用计算机简单随机化方法，把估算的样本含量输入SPSS18.0统计软件，生成随机种子和随机数字，通过排列顺序转换得到分组结果。
