研究目的：

1.补充维生素D对老年人血清25(OH)D水平的影响； 2.维生素D干预对老年人骨骼肌力量、质量、功能的影响； 3.了解维生素D水平与糖脂代谢、炎症因子、氧化应激等指标之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To research the influence of Vitamin D supplement on the 25(OH)D3 concentration in elderly; 2. To study the influence of Vitamin D supplement on the skeletal muscle strength, quality and functionality in elderly; 3. To find the relationship between Vitamin D status and glucose lipid metabolism, inflammatory cytokines, oxidative stress and other indicators.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.服用影响研究的药物（正在服用维生素D，长期服用激素类药物和减肥药物等）；
2.有严重的认知功能障碍及行动不便；
3.正在参加其他营养运动的干预项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient is taking the medicines which impact the study(e.g. Vitamin D, Hormone drugs and Weight loss drugs);
2. Patient has sever cognitive dysfunction and limited mobility;
3. Patient is participating in other intervention project.
