研究目的：

比较分析一般确诊、重症感染2019-nCov病人和没有感染病人之间; 一般确诊、重症感染病人治疗前和恢复后之间的临床指标, 人类抗病毒反应通路基因的应答关连。这样，我们将从细胞和分子生物学及临床治疗水平,验证分析新型冠状病毒的感染与先天免疫有关的抗病毒反应基因的应答,互动。通过找到直接抗病毒的某些基因，达到控制新型冠状病毒2019-nCov复制的新思路，为治疗新型冠状病毒进程提供新的治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparative analysis of the clinical indicators in the patients of generally diagnosed, severely infected with 2019-nCov and non-infected people;Explore the response of human antiviral response pathway genes between the general diagnosed and severely infected patients before treatment and after recovery. In this way, we maybe verify and analyze the response and interaction of anti-viral response genes related to innate immunity and infection of new coronavirus from the level of cellular and molecular biology and clinical. treatment. By finding some genes that are directly antiviral, new ideas for controlling the replication of the new coronavirus 2019-nCov are achieved, and new treatment strategies are provided for the treatment of new coronaviruses. \

未感染对照组：合并严重心脏、肝脏、肺、肾脏或其他器官严重疾病者；
