研究目的：

评估外科口罩应用于全麻患者麻醉诱导预充氧及面罩通气时的效果，从而指导临床是否可采取相应的干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of surgical mask in the application of general anesthesia preoxygenation and mask assisted ventilation ,so as to guide the clinical intervention measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 上呼吸道结构异常或病变；
2. 缺齿，义齿或牙齿不稳；
3. 高误吸危险的患者；
4. 血色素<90 g/L；
5. 吸空气时 SpO2<95%；
6. 严重心肺疾病；
7. 预计插管困难者。预计插管困难的因素包括:病史、肥胖、颈短、甲颏间距<6.5 cm、张口度<2.5 cm、Mallampati分级 >III级等等常规判断方法。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with abnormal or pathological structure of upper respiratory tract;
2. Patients with missing teeth, dentures or unstable teeth;
3. Patients with high risk of aspiration;
4. Patients with hemoglobin < 90 g / L;
5. Patients with SpO2 < 95% when inhaling air;
6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease;
7. Patients with difficulty in intubation are expected. The factors of difficult intubation were: history, obesity, short neck, distance between nail and chin < 6.5cm, mouth opening < 2.5cm, malampati classification > level III and so on.
